Welcome to Stake! By participating in our online poker tournament, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not participate in the tournament.

Eligibility

Tournament Rules

Intellectual Property

Content Use: Stake retains all rights to its proprietary content, including logos, images, and text. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from Stake without explicit permission.
Promotional Material: By participating in the tournament, participants grant Stake the right to use their name, likeness, and any associated video or photographic material for promotional purposes, both during and after the event, without further compensation.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stake, its affiliates, and its staff from any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from their participation in the tournament.
Disclaimer: Stake is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to connectivity problems, software glitches, or any interruptions that may affect game play.

Modifications to Terms

Stake reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants through the website or by email. Continued participation in the tournament after modifications have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law
